Roasted red peppers with rice

This recipe is an awesome recipe. It is mainly for diabetic people so that means it is very healthy. The first thing to do is cook the chops. I used center cut chops for mine.

Spray a skillet with non stick cooking spray such as pam. Sprinkle both sides of the chops with either a Caribbean jerk seasoning or a tangy spicy seasoning. Cook the chops all the way through.

Remove the chops from the skillet and add a tablespoon of oil. Cut up one red and one yellow pepper and add to the oil. Cook for three minutes. The add one tablespoon of honey and balsamic vinegar and cook for one minute.

As the peppers are cooking start the brown rice. When rice is all done add it to the skillet with the peppers.

The dinner is now done. Enjoy!
