Tuscan pork chops

This is a tough but delicious recipe for pork chops. It combines many flavors into one piece of meat. This recipe will take a few tries to perfect but with time you will master the art of this recipe.

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup or less milk
  • 1 cup of flour
  • ground black pepper for taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • kosher salt for taste
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves crushed
  • 1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon capers

Combine milk and egg and beat will. Mix flour, salt, italian seasoning and black pepper together in a bowl. Dip pork chops in milk egg mixture and then transfer to flour bowl and coat evenly with flour. Heat olive oil on medium heat. Place chops in oil and cook on boths sides till all white through pork chops. Remove chops from skillet and add garlic, vinegar,broth, tomatoes and capers. bring sauce to a boil. Cover sauce then reduce to medium heat and cook for 4 minutes. Return chops to skillet and continue to cook on medium until sauce has thicken. Serve chops with vegitable and rice.
