Jerry’s texas bbq rub

- 1/4 cup fine sea salt. (Mine is San Francisco Bay Sea salt, but I’m sure anything would do.)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Hungarian Paprika
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. died basil
- 1 tsp. crushed dried bay leaves
- 3/4 tsp. ground coriander
- 3/4 tsp. ground savory
- 3/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
