Basic bbq sauce
Here is a basic recipe for a nice bbq sauce. Add other things to fit your fancy and create your own secret sauce using this as a base.

- 1/4 c. cider or white wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 1c. tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. each garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and black pepper
- 1 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
