Technolust
Technolust is where you will find all my tutorials on school, personal and business projects. This page is still under construction, just like most of Utah is. It ceases to amaze me how much construction goes on in this state. But i guess it is good because it keeps people employeed and we need buildings, roads, parks and all that jazz.
The poor mans PoE is a very interesting project that i came up with because i was super board and needed something to do for a class project. I needed a way to get power to my water proof Access Point outside. So i found a way to use the extra 2 pair wire not used for Fast Ethernet to carry my power. I use the waterproof AP to set up links to my friends house a few miles away. When i become proficiant in antenna construction i want to make a big omni style antenna so that in a 3 block radious, i can still have great signal for my wireless.
I have hardware firewall construction tips on here, HTPC, antenna theory and all sorts of intriguing information that should wit your whistle. I will try to keep up on the website and have all my projects on here ASAP.
