Trying to find a digital keyboard that will give me all the options i want is almost as possible as it is to fly to the moon. I have a nice PC that is used as my recording box. So i need a digital piano to hook to it that will work with the PC as well as a stand alone piano.
I waited a week for a response from Adobe studios for there CS4 product. Did i ever recieve a notifacation or reply from them? NOPE. Still no email from there support group. Cant really register a student edtion of a product without contacting support first. This is not a fun task to accomplish. So far today i have spent just about an hour on the phone(still on the line) trying to get a hold of someone who could help me out. No one…
Today started a new day in school. Parking was a nightmare and a half along with students, faculty and the occasional lost child from there parent all scurrying around to get to the places that need to be gettin. I ended up missing the first class due to this so called nightmare.
Showed up to Dan Popes class today to only find out that there are 32 students and 25 chairs. First come first serve with this issue.
This is the first post of a new journey. We are required to keep and maintain a online log of some sort. Since i own this webserver and website. I figured i would just use my own equipment. The server is a LAMP server. This acronym indicates that the server is running Linux,Apache,MySQL, and PHP services. This server contains hundreds if not thousands of Ebooks, music, videos and photos. However due to the fair use policy only i, the sole owner of the property, will have access to it. My current life cycle depends on technology in a few ways. Since i am a musician i need to the PC to record and edit my music. Music is a big part of who i am so i need the power hungry PC to accomplish my tasks. I have designed a separate webpage for that. I currently have an associates in art and webdesign which allows me to create these websites for personal use. Besides music. Technology impacts my life in un-ordinary ways such as a electronic stapler, alarm clocks and such things i didnt realize have such an impact on my life.
So i now have my certificate of completion for Ethical hacking. It was a very interesting class and i did enjoy it. Like i said earlier in a seperate post, the first day or two was a review for me but the last two days were not. Backtrack 3 is the shiznit. Love that OS!!!
Got a sweet deal the other day. I was offered the chance to take a $3000 class for $450. The class will train us in the concepts of ethical hacking. Once the class has finished, i will be able to take my CEH exam. All i need is a 105 out 150 to pass. Thats like a 70%. Im still debating if i want to take the exam. Well actually i want to. I just hope that the material we learn in class will help us pass the exam. Ok gotta go, time to learn!!!
I passed the HAM radio test and now i am officaly a HAM. After the first exam i attempted the general exam which is one above the technician and one blow the highest extra exam. I did not make it.

KARMA is a set of tools for assessing the security of wireless clients at multiple layers. Wireless sniffing tools discover clients and their preferred/trusted networks by passively listening for 802.11 Probe Request frames. From there, individual clients can be targeted by creating a Rogue AP for one of their probed networks (which they may join automatically) or using a custom driver that responds to probes and association requests for any SSID. Higher-level fake services can then capture credentials or exploit client-side vulnerabilities on the host.
KARMA includes patches for the Linux MADWifi driver to allow the creation of an 802.11 Access Point that responds to any probed SSID. So if a client looks for ‘linksys’, it is ‘linksys’ to them (even while it may be ‘tmobile’ to someone else). Operating in this fashion has revealed vulnerabilities in how Windows XP and MacOS X look for networks, so clients may join even if their preferred networks list is empty.
Thanks to some great work by HD Moore, KARMA now lives on in the modern era as Karmetasploit. Karmetasploit is an integration of parts of KARMA and its ideas into the Metasploit framework. Karmetasploit is your best option for running KARMA these days but the original KARMA software written by Dino Dai Zovi and Shane Macaulay is also available below. I am now an official HAM. Now i just have to buy some equipment so i can practice what i am doing. The exam is not to bad but it bugged me because i ended up with the test that was all legal issues and rules. I studied as many of those as i could but i didnt know them all. Luckily i knew 80% of the test. I attempted to take the general exam as well but i missed that one by 6 so i didnt make it. However, this one lady named Carmon, scored 100% on her technician test. Everyone during class was teasing her because she does not know to much about technology. She showed us. I talked with her for a while and hopefully we will be working together in the future.
So just found out that i am only 45% geek, i can take on 29 five year olds in a fight, i have an 87% chance to be used as a human shield, I could survive a zombie attack and my dead body would be worth 4975$.
